Lesley-Ann Brandt was born Cape Town in South Africa on 2 December 1981. She is a model and actress most well-known for her roles in TV and film. Brandt was the first actress to make her American debut in Spartacus: Blood and Sand, a historical drama. She began her acting career in New Zealand in the show Diplomatic Immunity. The actress was a part of several television shows during the past ten years, such as Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies The Librarians. Brandt appears as Mazikeen in the urban fantasy show Lucifer, which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German Kevin Alejandro. Brandt came from Cape Town South Africa, however, she moved with her parents into Auckland New Zealand in late teenager years. Brandt began modeling in commercials on TV and in print. She also worked in sales as well as being consultant for information technology prior to becoming renowned as a fashion-model. The first time she was featured, she landed her appearance in 2009's New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role as Leilani Fa'auigaese.
